Tado gateway not recieving an IP address

I have Pihole installed using diet-pi as the base OS. This is all installed on a intel based HP thin client.

I have configured pihole to be my DHCP server (192.168.1.2), and turned off the router DHCP (192.168.1.1)

Expected Behaviour:

My Tado gateway should be assigned a reserved address from the DHCP pool:
Mac address:- EC-E5-12-1F-##-## (redacted for security) - against IP address 192.168.1.120

Actual Behaviour:

IP address does not get assigned, all other reservations are assigned correctly.
Looking at the logs the device is discovered, then offered an IP address repeatedly.

Debug Token:

https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/TlaDsRvC/

Thanks in advance.

This is not a Pi-hole issue.

The router is probably using the original IP assigned in its own settings (192.168.1.1).
Try to change this directly on the router.

Thank you @rdwebdesign for verifying.

Found the issue was Device Isolation in the TP Link router, was turned on for the Mac address of the Tado. Turned this off and all was good with the world. Like an idiot I forgot to check this.
Thanks again
