First: I couldn't find anywhere to suggest new hosts to block so I hope this topic is OK.

Found via Telstra outages it's sending data back like marketingCloudVisitorId "[long string of digits]"

Which looks like some kind of ad identifier

Pi-hole does not maintain or curate any blocklists. These are maintained and curated by independent parties, and we have no control of or input to the content of those lists. Furthermore, we have no influence on which lists are picked by users.

Hence, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you right now.
