I finally achieved success by using DHCP server on the pihole. Most devices are getting ads blocked.
Except my Android phone. It still is getting all the ads. Laptops, good. Tablets, good. iPhone, good. Activity in logs are pinging everything, except my phone. Logs for that may run for about 40 or so active pings.
