Still seeing a lot of ads

Please follow the below template, it will help us to help you!

Pi-Hole is reporting 9.7% blocked queries but in practice I still see a lot of ads. In fact I cannot find a site that will display no ads at all - not sure if this is what I should expect?
The computer is reporting the Pi IP as DNS so it seems that the queries are going through Pi Hole.
I attach some screenshots.

Expected Behaviour:

Once I got the pi-hole running, it will block ads network wide.

Actual Behaviour:

It’s not blocking ads on certain sites.

Debug Token:

4n2kuhkylr

Check what DNS servers are used on the client:

I cannot locate a debug log with this token.

From a client that you believe should be connected to the Pi-Hole for DNS, from the command prompt or terminal on that client (and not via ssh or Putty to the Pi), what is the output of

nslookup pi.hole

thank you for your help
all devices are using the pi hole as DNS server; the pihole dashboard reports 22 devices which is also the number reported by my router.
pihole is the only DNS server

I am not sure if I should set the DNS server to the pihole IP on the WAN as well as the LAN?
