Going to https://pi.hole/admin should open my pi-hole WebUI from any device on my network.
WebUI is accessible from my phone and laptop, but not on my PC. Phone is Android, laptop is Windows, PC is Linux Mint.
This was not an issue until the most recent update. Not sure what changed, I haven't changed any settings since then, it just doesn't work from Linux anymore.
