However I am always been concerned with the speedtest history results ... they are not true and accurate. When I test myself open a webpage and run the test I get the confirmed values. But the automatic test.
checking again - the upload may be correct or about. but the download is 25 and should be 75
How can I fix this ???

Pihole does not offer or include any speedtest.
Running speedtest from a Pi is meaningless. The Pi has limited interface speed and any speed measured on that device is not a true indication of the actual speed of your internet connection.
If you insist on running a speed test, do so from a computer connected to your LAN via ethernet.
