Sometimes PADD doesn’t show the router IP or it show as 192.168.1.2ex

Hello, I installed PADD some days ago and it works fine but sometimes it doesn’t display the router IP address (the field is blank) or it displays the IP with an “ex” after the IP: 192.168.1.2ex

What does it mean?

Also it says the “Conditional Forwarding” is disabled but is enabled via UI, plus the Pi-Hole doesn’t have the DHCP but is forwarded from my DD-WRT router (192.168.1.2).
