Some Sites blocked, why?

Hello Guys,

yesterday i try to install pi-hole. so i think it works well, but some sites are blocked... i dont understand why?

in the admin page (pi.hole/admin) > whitelist

add new site
bet365.com (https://www.bet365.com/home/FlashGen4/WebConsoleApp.asp?&cb=105802018358 << this site is blocked)

and
skygo.sky.de ( << cant play videos... just a black screen...)

can u help me?

pihole -q <domain> will give you a list of the blocklists that are causing the issues. We do not control the content of the blocklists, we only list them within the Pi-hole sources. As far as whitelisting, you need to whitelist all the servers, so www.bet365.com, bet365.com, etc... Just whitelisting bet365.com will not whitelist the entire domain.
