I noticed a few posts that some users were getting a failure upon trying to upload the token I captured a pick of it on my Beta 5 today, Thought you might want to look at the error message.

No I can't.
I added 1.1.1.1 to /etc/resolv.conf and still did not work.
I did a nslookup and pinged both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and it still did not work

I pinged google.com and 1.1.1.1 both worked.
EDIT:
I visited tricorder.pi-hole.net using Firefox and got a page that wanted me to sing in, so I guess the site works.
EDIT 2:
I tried to visit the site again in Firefox and got "502 Bad Gateway"
EDIT 3:
Tried to send a debug log using my other PiHole running " Pi-hole Version v4.3.2 Web Interface Version v4.3.2 FTL Version v4.3.1 " and that did not work either.
Can you try again?
Just a FYI -- I don't think that tricorder.pi-hole.net responds to ping's even when working properly.
Thanks for the note, I don't remember disabling that ability, but it looks like you are correct.
