@jpgpi250 - do you happen to have Sony smart TV? I had one few days back, that got replaced due to display issues opting for LG OLED smart TV. I never even used Sony’s app as I have Apple 4K that seemed to be much better.
Old Sony TV was notorious for flooding with ‘cdn-0.nflximg.com’ entries, at times 6-10 entries at same time. Since change in TVs I have not seen this - none today when I checked pihole.log moments ago.

Only common denominator I see is Android TV between Sony TVs and nvidia you linked above. I am happy that webOS does not keep throwing out hundreds of thousands of queries.
