Since 4.1 my Sky Q box keeps losing internet connectively. This is limited to the sky q only. Pi-hole provides dchp. I manually changed the Sky q DNS back to the Q router and the problem went away.
this sounds like either something is being blocked that your router/modem needs or an issue with the device your pi-hole is hosted on can you provide more detail past i changed it and it works now or a debug token? also check your logs from the times the internet was "out" are there domains being blocked that appear to be from your ISP
