Simplisafe app not working with pi-hole

My simplisafe app does not connect to base station of simplisafe when II use pihole. The simplisafe website is loading properly though.
When I disable pihole the app connects fine. I have already whitelisted simplisafe.com and auth.simplisafe.com.
Please let me know what should I do to allow simplisafe to connect fine.

Tried a bit of digging yesterday night and found out that one of the blocking list I added was blocking api.simplisafe.com. Whitelisted it and it dd the trick.
