Should this be blocked?
Adwords not blocked:
I have set the to be my dhcp server and give out my settings. I have checked network settings and it is showing properly as the ones I configured the pinhole to give.
Some websites employ "non standard" ad serving methods where ads are being served by a designated ad host and rather use various html/ajax/javascript methods, that are not blocked by Pi-hole.
Pi-hole only blocks DNS requests, it does not parse code and it does not filter content.
For that, you can use a varierty of browser plugins that can further assist the ad-blocking effort.
I added several lists to the settings and I got rid of the ads on msn.com however I can't get rid of google ads with the tool yet.
I will share my list settings just incase someone wants to copy and paste.
Google Ads: This one was supposed to remove googles but failed 
at least without an adblocker in the browser

Hi,
you should rework your lists, because many of them are not parsed and so not usable for Pi-hole.
You can't use native Ublock/ABP/Easylist lists, without parsing them before to strict domain name lists.
Take a look here and use these lists:
