There should be a way to keep the left pane fixed and scroll only the right pane. Will be more convenient for users, since they won't have to scroll all the way back to make different selections!!
Indeed, the pane for this feature request is independently scroll able ** SMILE **
I am not an HTML expert, but this should be doable using CSS style sheets to create separate panes, with right one scroll able. Quick search I found this basic method:
