I have samsung smart tv while i was watching netflix my tv was connecting to this weird microsoft domains i seen this first time never seen this before in my query list

I don't see a question or help request here, but there are some hits in Google where this domain is listed in combination with Samsung TVs (for NTP or DRM Content Protection).
There are also some blocklists that contain secureclock.playready.microsoft.com and secureclock2.playready.microsoft.com
