In the output of pihole -up I got:

Question: Is there a simple way to list all the invalid domains, so I can remove them, and reload as regex ?

No.

If there's only 13 domains then you'll need to fix the 5 that are shown and then run gravity to show another 5 domains until they are all cleared off.

How specifically would you do this? Some of the domains may not be domains that should be blacklisted - the entry could have been intended for a different type of adblocker that works at the element level, not at the domain level.

For nl.?crit.net and fr.?crit.net, for example, how would you make these into a regex that is meaningful?

You loaded 1.28M domains from that list, and 13 were invalid. That's a minuscule amount (about 0.001 percent).
