RPI pihole docker install backup and update help needed openSUSE Leap 15.3

my goal is it to update my pihole. but it won't let me do it. I don't remember how I did install it and it's a bit of a mess. I can't even find the folder where it is installed so that I could backup my lists prior to deleting eveythring and doing a new correct, clean install.

can someone guide me through the backup process for my personal blacklist, whitelist and then the blocklists please?
after that removal of this messes up docker install where I actually don't know where it is ...

I can't even find the folder where it is installed

Docker installs use volume mounts and you should see which directories you used in your docker run or docker-compose.yml file.
