Replaced modem due to latency issues and then factory wiped router and restored the settings, now have a diagnosis error

I replaced my modem due to daily latency issues on Tuesday. Things got worse today after work for a little bit so I factory wiped my router and restored the settings since the issue happened again. Now I have the above error message in Pi-Hole. And is there anything else I should check that could be latency-related due to Pi-Hole I should check?

From your debug log, it would seem you are running your Pi-hole in a Docker container in host network mode?

You may have to switch Pi-hole's listening behaviour to Respond only on interface eth0 via Pi-hole's Settings | DNS panel.
