Is there a link to where the Release Notes can be found?
To allow users to know what a release contains.

We don't issue specific release notes for the Beta 6.0 (as we do for 5.X), since the code changes frequently.
But, you can see the activity in the Development-v6 branch here:
Each pull request (PR) has an explanation of the change, and you can see the changed code.
For general releases they can be found on this very forum in the announcements category, or on Blog – Pi-hole
But as @jfb says, there are no release notes for v6 just yet. Needless to say, there will be when we actually release
