When Pi-Hole blocks websites, the websites just don't load. However, with some ad-blockers, such as trend micro, there is a malware screen when malware is detected. This is much more user-friendly. Is there a way to redirect all blocked sites to a local server, which I can host on the same pi using apache and an HTML site?
Not with the prevalence of TLS/HTTPS.
