Redirect http to https not working

Hi,

Daft question, I've followed this guide but it seems the redirection from http to https doesn't work.

Pi-hole Version v3.3.1 Web Interface Version v3.3 FTL Version v3.0

Am I missing something?

Forgot to mention this was installed on Ubuntu 18.04, reinstalled on 16.04 and it's fine.
