Recursive DNS issue

HI there,
I am new to this pi-hole technology, have configured my raspberry 4 on recursive (Unbound) DNS, in the beginning it was working fine but after I started updating ad-blocking domains then I start getting DNS issues. The internet is completely not accessible usng my pi-hole as a DNS server. Please I need help I don't know where to start.
When I am trying to post the logs I am getting error message "New user can only send 5 links in a post".

Please upload a debug log and post just the token URL that is generated after the log is uploaded by running the following command from the Pi-hole host terminal:

pihole -d

or do it through the Web interface:

Tools > Generate Debug Log
