Raw.githubusercontent.com not accessible and unable to update gravity list

Expected Behaviour:

Links from raw.githubusercontent.com are available.

Actual Behaviour:

Links from raw.githubusercontent.com can't be accessed. I have tried updating the Gravity list, but I think it fails precisely because of this:

  [✗] Status: Connection Refused
  [✗] List download failed: using previously cached list
  [i] Received 84247 domains

This is a problem at the OS level, not with Pi-hole. The URL is not down - I am able to access it.

Are you able to open the URL in a browser window?

Does curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StevenBlack/hosts/master/hosts show any output in your Pi terminal?
