The issue I am facing:
I'm facing issues where DNS stops resolving randomly. When I attempt to login to the web interface of the pihole, it just shows the header of the page, where it says "Pihole" and hostname of "Pihole" and nothing else on the page loads. I have to SSH into the ubuntu VM that pihole is installed on and give it a reboot command before it starts working again. I either have to do this about once a day or more recently, several times a day. When running a "top" command, I really don't see much utilization of anything, the server is barely doing anything. I need to look at /var/log/pihole_debug.log while it's crashed, since I don't see anything wrong in the log after I do a reboot.

I run two local Virtual Windows 2019 servers as DHCP and DNS servers, they are set to the Pihole and DNS forwarders.
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I've only added domain blacklists found on the internet.
