Pi-hole doesnt do links/URL's or URI schemes.
It only concerns domain names to IP translations via the DNS system when blocking:
Most prominently, it translates more readily memorized domain names to the numerical IP addresses needed for locating and identifying computer services and devices with the underlying network protocols.

If you mean dead domains on my list that dont exist anymore, the list doesnt concern with that either as I just scrape whats there already:
i know that, i mean it was in pihole 2 links of blocked domains, 1 of them down https://mirror1.malwaredomains.com/files/justdomains
