Query log: What is this status: Blocked (external, NXRA)

I've got a lot of query entries in the log with the status "Blocked (external, NXRA)"
What does it mean?

This indicates that your upstream DNS server used by Pi-Hole has blocked the domain. Are you using a filtered upstream server?

I'im using the upstream DNS servers that my router automatically has used before I started using pi-hole. Those are the DNS servers from my provider.
I have configured the IP address of the pi-hole raspberry pi as the DNS server in the router that will be used for the DHCP server options.
My router is a FRITZ!box which uses fritz.box as the local domain name.
I have configured the following additional config file for dnsmasq because local host names should been resolved by the router itself. Address of the router is 192.168.188.1.

server=/fritz.box/192.168.188.1
server=/188.168.192.in-addr.arpa/192.168.188.1

Here are the detailed log entries:

2019-11-02 22:19:34 PTR lb._dns-sd._udp.fritz.box mymacbookname.fritz.box Blocked (external, NXRA) - (6.0ms)
2019-11-02 22:19:34 PTR lb._dns-sd._udp.0.188.168.192.in-addr.arpa mymacbookname.fritz.box Blocked (external, NXRA) - (10.6ms)
