Qnap Docker Pi-Hole changes TP-Link router IP address

Pi-Hole installed on Qnap TS-464 in Container Station (static IP) DHCP disabled in Pi-Hole and enabled in TpLink Archer AX11000 router. Pi-Hole IP address and MAC added in router DHCP server with reserved address 192.168.0.111. Router LAN IP 192.168.0.1 If I add the Pi-Hole assigned IP address 192.168.0.111 to the DNS record in router, the router LAN IP address is immediately changed to 192.168.1.1 due to "conflict" with what I guess is the Pi-Hole acting as a DHCP server with what appears to be an IP address of 192.168.0.1 DHCP is DISBLED in Pi-Hole. If I do not put the DNS record in router but I assign it on an individual computer, the router does not change its IP address and Pi-Hole functions as intended. Anyone has a guess why this may happen?

This is a router issue, not uncommon for TP-Link models, see Can't setup network-wide DNS because of router - #8 by Bucking_Horn.

Thank you. I realized the issue since TP-Link created an "optional" DNS entry in the DHCP section of the settings and always wondered why would that be necessary. It is clear now why.
