On the DNS options page, you are able to configure up to 4 custom DNS servers.
These values disappear if you disable any of them.
It makes the possibility to toggle custom DNS servers on and of more of a hassle than it needs to be.
The values in these 4 custom DNS fields should remain even when they are not enabled.
