Is it possible at all to block the ads in Facebook games like Quiz Planet. In between rounds it plays video ads which appear to be provided by Google (it has the adsense logo anyway) and aren't blocked, nor are image ads. You can also watch ads to get second chances which are 60 seconds long.
This happens both on desktop and mobile devices. It appears these adsense ads are blocked in iOS games but just not this in app game (it works in messenger app on iOS)

I've had a check of the logs, seems a bit of a nightmare to isolate what is loading when. I guess they're embedded in the Facebook URL like some of the other hard things to block - it's Ad Choices too which a few people have said are difficult to block.
I'm going to assume this one is impossible unfortunately, as you can't have an adblocker on the messenger app and the urls might be loading from Facebook.com

I have downloaded the app on my phone and played it on my pc as well for a few minutes. I do not see any ads.I am using the stock block lists from pihole and this block list.

There is no app to download - it runs within Facebook Messenger? The adds come at the end of every round, it's a video ad you can't skip supplied by Ad Choices. I'm assuming it's built to show a timer even if the ad wouldn't play though to be honest.
