Portainer docker host mode networking communications error to 127.0.0.1#53: timed out

My pihole container starts with errors / is unhealthy and the error it shows in Portainer is: ";; communications error to 127.0.0.1#53: timed out ;; no servers could be reached"

Any help would be great?
