Play a sound when the FTL is offline

For use on a raspberry pi thru old pc speakers on the 3.5 mm port.

Fun suggestion, however this is well out of scope for the project.

I guess you could knock up a script that monitors the status of the pihole-FTL daemon - and then plays a sound. Perhaps it could run on a cron job every minute.

But this isn't something we will be adding into Pi-hole
