I wanted to import adlists, but teleporter fails. is this a common issue? how can I fix this?

Please also upload a debug token.
I tells me that "connection to X.X.X.X refused" when I try to restore the adlists.
This looks like a networking issue.
strange, since I can connect to pihole just fine. only restoring refuses to work.
