PiHole stops responding, even with new SD card

Hello Pi-hole discourse!

Expected Behaviour:

I am using a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2 with Raspbian 10 (buster). Being able to use it for long periods of time without having to reboot

Actual Behaviour:

Been using this setup for half a year, everything perfect. Then, a couple of weeks ago the raspberry would suddenly become unpingable and my whole network would be unasble (because I use the DNS as well as the DHCP server). I tried manually assigning myself an ip and I still couldnt ping the raspberry. A simple reboot would fix it and everything would be perfect for a week or so. Then the time would become shorter. Last week a reboot would make the pi usable for 5 minutes tops. Thats when I bought a high endurance sd card. Installed everything from scratch as to not have some software bug leftover. It worked nicely for a day and then the same issue appeared. I had to restart.
I doubt its the power supply as I get no errors regarding power delivery like you do when the power supply is sketchy. It was also working great for months on end.

Thank you for the help!

This has all the appearance of a failure on the host device.

Any way to check on that?

You can look in the system logs for any errors, as a start.

/var/log/syslog

However, your best resource may be a Pi forum or forum for your OS to troubleshoot issues at the OS level.

To be honest, there doesent look to be anything wrong in the syslogs
