Pihole not blocking after upgrade to V5 on Synology DSM FTL offline

Hello,
I run Pihole on my Synology NAS. When I upgraded to V5 it stopped blocking queries. When I check pi-hole diagnosis it says Warning in DNSMAQ core "interface eth0 does not exist" Also FTL is offline.

I have tried added the 5 second delay at startup in the FTL config file and no change.

Here is my debug token. https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/NKMH1nn8/

Thanks in advance for any help and guidance.

Neither of your ethernet ports has an active connection.

Thank you. What causes that? Is there a setting on my router I need to set? The traffic is routing to my pihole from my router. Eth0 is my router's connection to my fiber modem and the outside world. It is a PPPOE connection and Centurylink set it up as a vlan so my vlan address is eth0.201.
