I made some mistake on my installation fixed with this thread.
But now all tings are fixed except one. The local_dns page are not showing up.
Instead it donwloading the file dns_records.php and this behavior is only on this page.
from the IP it's nor working http://192.168.1.253/admin/dns_records.php
from http://pi.hole/admin/dns_records.php this is working
Do yuo have any clues why ?
This is a different issue. Please provide a new debug log.
Also, check the browser console (devtools).
Do you see any error messages when you try to open this page?

Your debug log doesn't show errors.
Nothing indicates an issue.
What SSL errors?
Pi-hole v5 web server doesn't use https, only http.
