This may be a cache issue on your client's side of things. Please try a force-refresh in your browser.
I cleared cache, used different browsers, but nothing helps.
It looks like you have a very old query in the log, probably generated before the system had the time set correctly. Try flushing the log.
The issue you describe seems to be exactly what is described here. I would make sure cache is absolutely flushed.
I used to have Pi-hole installed as an add-on in my Hass.io installation, and the latest updated caused the same thing to happen. I then uninstalled it from Hass.io and have it installed on a separate, standard Pi-Hole installation on Rasbian, and that went away. not sure if that helps

Looks like it was a something to do with the query. pihole -f cleared the logs and now everything is good
