Has anybody noticed this ? The pi-hole fails to ban anything in chromes incognito mode.
I have tried clearing all browser history and cache, dnscache at the system level.

Below is when using incognito, as you notice all the requests to ad networks pass through fine.
If I'm not mistaken, uBlock Origin is cosmetically blocking those elements. You don't have it set where uBlock Origin can run in incognito mode.

Yes you are correct it had been ublock origin all the way through blocking and unblocking request. The pi-hole never came into effect at all. Any reasons why the I would fail to reach pi-hole (running on a vps server) ?
The DNS is correctly set to the vps ip address.
Pi-hole doesn't deal with cosmetic blocking. That's where uBlock comes in and removes elements. Try to load the page and compare what gets blocked to the list I provided above.
Its the same for me. So that means theres no point on running pihole?. But if its piholed by pihole server how does it hows on the page.. may be its a stupid question
