Pihole: DHCP Not Working

Hi All

Expected Behaviour:

I have Pihole setup for being the DHCP server on my network.
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Headless)
Rasp Pi 4B
Running Pi Hole in a container

Actual Behaviour:

When I connect a device to my network PiHole immediately gives warning stating:
NSMASQ_WARN Warning in dnsmasq: no address range available for DHCP request via eth0
