Pihole cli help and manpages missing information about pihole restartns option

I found this post

but could not find any information about this reload and reload-lists option in pihole --help or man pihole

The man pages need to be updated. pi-hole/manpages at master · pi-hole/pi-hole · GitHub

This would be a great issue for the community to address, the pages are mostly plaintext with some minimal markup.
