Pihole blocked an address even though it was commented out in the adlist

The issue I am facing:

In HTTPS://RAW.GITHUBUSERCONTENT.COM/STEVENBLACK/HOSTS/MASTER/HOSTS
This address is commented out by default: # 0.0.0.0 cdn.jsdelivr.net #[affects spireenergy.com]
But pihole just started blocking it, once I whitelisted it issues were resolved.

Details about my system:

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I believe this started after the last pihole patch which happened about a week ago which lines up with this, but I could be wrong.

The blocklist maintainer added this domain to his blocklist, and removed it a few days later.

If you haven't rebuilt gravity since this change, you won't have the latest blocklist file.

Rebuild gravity and the problem should resolve:

pihole -g
