There have been many guides on how to set up upstream DNS connections to use TLS but is there any way to set up pihole to serve DNS over TLS?

I managed to set it up and it works on my Android Pie phone. For anyone else interested I used the following guide:
The hard part was getting a valid certificate from https://letsencrypt.org/ but with https://certbot.eff.org/ it was only a matter of hosting the challenge file that certbot provides on my server.
