PiHole and Mail app in iOS

Hi,

I have a small problem with PiHole.

When I set PiHole as the primary DNS for my network, emails take a long time to download and load in the iPhone Mail app.

I have PiHole as an LXC container on Proxmox installed by a script from Proxmox VE Helper-Scripts

This is a basic configuration and I have added one list for now:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StevenBlack/hosts/master/hosts

When I disable this list or change the DNS to 1.1.1.1, I do not have this problem with emails.
