The update.sh script is a fast way to kill your OS and your Pi. Updating the firmware on a Raspberry Pi is never ever ever a good idea.

the firmware update problably solved my problems.. the script for me it s very useful..

now i have 2 days of uptime. no reboot.. i suppose the problem was really the firmware...
