I installed pi_hole succesfully, abd admin page works. On my laptop configured the Pi as DNS. On page Query log, I see entries like:
2017-01-30T21:26:29 A m.adnxs.com 192.168.0.96 Pi-holed (exact)
, but ads are not blocked.
Something with the configuration?

Can you give an example of a website that you're still seeing ads on? It may just be that the domains are not included in the default blocklists
An example is: https://tweakers.net/.
But if I see eg. cdn.adnxs.com Pi-holed, why do I see an advertisement. I also tried to add a domain to the blacklist, but I am still able to access that website.
Hmmm, OK. I'm not seeing any ads on that page.
Can you please run pihole -d? Once it asks you to, try and load tweakers.net and then upload the log and provide the upload token so that we can take a closer look, thanks!

Hmmm, could you try that again please and give it some time whilst loading the website before pressing ctrl+c on the script? It appears to have cut off that part of the log!

Hmm, the Resolver Functions Check section of that shows that pi-hole is working correctly.
Please provide me with the results of: nslookup cdn.krxd.net from both the pi-hole device, and your client machine. Thanks
