Pi-hole won't update

Expected Behaviour:

When I check my versions, it says that Pi-hole is not up-to-date:
pihole -v
Pi-hole version is v3.2.1-73-g1e87850 (Latest: v3.3)
AdminLTE version is v3.3 (Latest: v3.3)
FTL version is v3.0 (Latest: v3.0)

However, when I try to update, Pi-hole thinks it's actually up-to-date!
pihole -up
[i] Checking for updates...
[i] Pi-hole Core: up to date
[i] FTL: up to date
[i] Web Interface: up to date

[✓] Everything is up to date!

Actual Behaviour:

Pi-hole's output with pihole -up is that it's up-to-date, whilst it's not.

Debug Token:

Now I've stumbled on another problem, which is that I can't see my query log.

Does the data never finish loading? Try force refreshing the page (Ctrl-F5).

Indeed, it never finished loading. Force refreshed the page resulted in loading the data after the following popup:
DataTables warning: table id=all-queries - Requested unknown parameter '5' for row 0, column 5. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/4

Run pihole -d for a new debug token. It might be that you have a mismatched version (you can check this via pihole -v also).
