Pi-hole with ruTorrent (nginx)

Can you help me creating a config file for nginx that allows me to run both ruTorrent and pi-hole on the same machine?

I have ruTorrent running with nginx which I can access its GUI by opening https://wizard/rutorrent/

I want to use pi-hole, but I cant seem to make it work together with ruTorrent. I've tried to merge my existing default in etc/nginx/sites-available with the one presented here, but I'm always getting bad gatway errors.

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and newbie'ish regarding some areas of linux.
