Pi-Hole web-ui admin login page blank

Expected Behaviour:

I go to visit the webserver with https://(ip)/admin/login and I will be presented with a login screen.

  • Debian 12
  • LMX container on ProxMox server

Actual Behaviour:

When I go to https://(ip)/admin/login, I am presented with a blank page. I have inspected the page, and it only has styling in the body. I have cleared the cache and cookies and tried incognito and different browsers and devices. I have also looked to see if it is running on a different port other than 443 or 80 but it only listens on those ports. The last thing I did was update the server, and it is now running v6.0.4. I am lost. Let me know if there's anything else I can try. I am debating reinstalling.

Your debug log shows you have incompatible components installed.

CORE is v6.3 (latest version);
WEB is v6.4 (latest version);
FTL is v6.0.4. This is and older version. The latest is v6.4.1.

Since FTL (which is also the web server) is outdated, some functions are missing and the web server can't load the login page.

Apparently your last attempt to update Pi-hole failed midway and FTL was not correctly updated.

Please try to update Pi-hole running sudo pihole -up.
