Not to be flippant but when it's ready and when we're ready to release it. I've been away from things for various reasons lately but I think things are pretty close and, honestly, it would probably be out already if not for me. So, soon I hope?

As ever - Soon™ is about the closest we'll get to an announced release date.
Things are pretty much there, mostly a case of dotting a few i's and crossing a few t's, as well as finding a time for us all to be available for immediate post-release support

Will it be possible to export from V5 (Adlists, WhiteList, ...) and import in a fresh V6 installation?

Sounds good, but ... will V6 ever come? 
Just for asking that question, I've decided to put the release date back by 6 months. 
It's stable in dev, we just need to get our arses together and line everything up for a release. Probably in the coming weeks, but life has a habit of getting in the way.
