Need some help here, I upgraded to Pi-hole v5.1.2 recently and ran into a odd issue.
My groups have all vanished in the WebUI, I still can see them in the Shell and they still block and filter. I also cannot whitelist any new domain at all. Do I have a DB corruption issue going on here?
Also, can you even remove groups via the Shell?

Clear your browser cache and reload the web Admin GUI. This problem is frequently caused by stale javascript.

You can use SQL commands to manipulate the domain database (located at /etc/pihole/gravity.db). Some examples are provided in our documentation:
That did it, weird but it worked.
Next question. When you delete a ad server, does Pi Hole purge all the entries from that list it pulled from? and if not, can you just purge the whole active list and re-download the lists?

The entries are removed the next time you run a gravity update manually or during the next automatically scheduled gravity update (every Sunday morning).
