I have the same problem as described here
vpn filtering does not work, everything installed on the vps server
settings:
in the router i have given only one dns it is ip server
everything works without vpn but it doesn't work with vpn on pc & android

I have a few, ExpressVPN, IPVanish and one more thing I don't remember the name.
in these cases I cannot modify or configure it additionally.
